No...: Better skin hygiene key, hydration important but not cure. Take daily shower (15min) in lukewarm water while avoiding harsh and drying cleansers. Pat away excess water and immediately apply fragrance-free moisturizer like Vanicream 1-2 times/day. For eczema flares, apply prescription strength corticosteroid ointments to problem areas twice a day until clear. Wet dressings at night with Aquaphor
