Sick with sinus infection for 3 weeks (mri showed acute sinusitis), augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) 14 days didn't work. had blood work and ana showed 1:160. could this be the cause of the high ana? feel fine now.

Possible: The ANA blood test is fickle. I would repeat again now that better before too much alarm.

Possibly: Infection can commonly cause anpositive ANA. Repeat the test in 3 months. If it is still positive, see a rheumatologist.
