Possible: The important question to be addressed is are your symptoms of frontal sinusitis being relieved. Although you may be getting better, the proper length of time to be on an antibiotic is at least 7 days and Prednisone for 5 -6 days. How was the diagnosis of frontal sinusitis made, by simple clinical exam or by cat scan? Hacking up clear mucus may only indicate a viral infection.
