Multi-factorial: The discomfort of sinusitis has as much to do with obstruction of drainage and congestion as it does with inflammation. It does not appear that you are irrigating your nares with saline solution and a Neti-pot, nor using a decongestant (pseudoephedrine, oxymetozaline, etc.) You would probably benefit from both and if it gets worse see an ENT doctor.
