Headaches and face pain door 3 weeks. ct scan shows mucosal thickening in max.,ethmoid and sphenoid a. right septal deviation. treatment advice?

Sinus infection: This could be related to a sinus infection. Some are helped with nasal saline irrigation to clear mucous. Antibiotics may be necessary to treat especially if there is a fever associated with the facial pain/headache. Follow up with your physician.
