Sinus congestion: Your ct is consistent with congestion in the maxillary sinus which is most likely related to allergy due to the presence of polyp like swelling. If you have thick nasal drainage, sinusitis is possible. Most maxillary congestion will give a sensation of pressure in the cheek below the eye but in itself, is often not the cause of chronic headaches.
