Hypertension?: You should see a general internist or family practitioner and be evaluated thoroughly to see if in fact your blood pressures are persistently high. The complications of undiagnosed hypertension are often asymptomatic until a great deal of damage has been done. Go reasonably soon. You do not need a neurologist at this time.

Not Neuro PCP: Your PCP can evaluate your medical history and family history and recent blood tests. They can do a complete physical exam of your whole body. They can come up with a plan to risk stratify you. That is reduce the risk of you getting a stroke. A lot that is common sense preventative health. Maintain healthy weight, exercise at least 30 minutes per day, do not smoke, do not drink in excess. lesschol
