Check constipation: Since abdominal pains can be from many causes, more history would obviously be helpful to suggest possible reasons for your symptoms. If you dont feel better with pain meds you can try some laxative to see if constipation could be acting up. Lastly, kidney issues should always be considered in back and belly pains.
