Ovulation pain: could it be ovulation pain, where is she on her cycle, is she pregnant, when it was her last period? Did she ever have any surgery. Does she have any fever So many questions has to be answered before even suggest anything. Use a heat pad. Take 800 mg of ibuprofen Make sure bowels are working. Drink plenty of water. Not better. See your doctor
