Hard to tell without a physical exam. Is the pain on the skin or deep inside? Lots of organs in that area. Urinary tract infection can cause stinging pain, and would be my first guess. Vaginal infections rarely fit that description. Hemorrhoids can sting. Please see your doctor for further evaluation.
