RLQ pain: Depending on your pain level and if you are not feeling well overall you need to go to the hospital, this could be your appendix.

Lower right: Lower right pain can be a number of things. Could be things like appendicitis, colic pain, or even a kidney stone. There's also something called referred pain where you feel the pain in a location from where the pain isn't really originating. I would seek evaluation by a doctor.
