2months ago my pancreatict duct was 6mm and dilated now it is 2.6 does it mean my chronic pancreatitis is cured age is 19 i had creon after food daily?

Not necessarily: It most likely means that the creon is working. Do not stop any treatments until your doctor says you are "cured" or alters your treatments. There is more to pancreatitis than just the duct size.

Wow...: Were you told the cause of your pancreatitis? If known, you should know. The shrinking duct is a good sign but not the only sign of healing, which could take a while. And a "chronic" (your word) condition is usually not cured (or it wouldn't be chronic) but usually managed. Be dutiful in managing this. The pancreas can be a nasty brute if you don't take good care of it!
