No ulcer: If this is the whole report it looks like your duodenal ulcer has healed. The spots are suggesting nonspecific inflammation, possible NSAID induced gastritis, make sure you avoid taking Aleve, (naproxen) Ibuprofen, Advil. Talk you your gastroenterologist about your worries.

Gastritis: The red spots in your stomach and the z line indicate areas of irritation and gastritis. Aleve (naproxen) can do this, as can any NSAID. It can represent a beginning ulcer.
