Ringworm: Fungal infection of the skin, such as tinea corporis can cause ring-shape rash, pruritic and scaly. Pets, such as cats can be carrier. Anti fungal medication and cream, keeping the area dry are the standard of care. Consult your physician for thorough examination is the first step. Other causes can include, atopic dermatitis and contact dermatitis.
