Pretty low risk: You are fine at this point! Remember most babies are fed formula mixed with tap water (which may also have fluoride) Just no need to add extra fluoride at this point. You are a great mom for worrying about this but no need for further additional fluoride through the nursery water.

No: At 5 weeks, you could not have given her enough fluoride for it to be dangerous. Enjoy your baby, she will be fine :)
