Baby now 5w takes 3oz of soy formula prepared with fluoride nusery water every 3-4 hours. fluorosis or are the amounts safe? formula fed since day 3.

Too much fluoride: Prepare the formula with bottled water or boiled water. Perhaps 1-2 bottles a day only with fluorinated water. Not a good idea to give too much fluoride either.

No need.: Congrats on your new baby and 3oz of formula prepared with nursery water with fluoride is not necessary. There are concerns about too much fluoride causing fluorosis and no need to use nursery water with fluoride. Most babies do not need fluoride until after 6 months of age. If you like nursery water, use it without fluoride until older than 6 months.
