Depends: If it is a simple dental cleaning, it shouldn't be a problem. I could see a problem if you are getting a deep cleaning of your teeth as this can cause significant bleeding with transient bacteremia. If you have been on prednisone for some time, this could be of concern. I would discuss it further with your dentist.
