Keep hair washed.: Bumps on the scalp can be sebolytic bumps that are filled with scalp oils Main cause is seborrheic dermatitis. Treatment is by simply frequent hair wash with antiseptic shampoos. SOME OF THESE CONTAIN SALICYLIC ACID AND BENZYL PEROXIDE. Teatree oil has been written up as being useful. Hope this helps.
