Make an apt with Dr.: Make an apt with the Cardiologist. They will scan the pacemaker and see if, there are any episodes where they can adjust the settings and/or adjust the medication being taken. The evaluations are done periodically every 6-9 months.

Holter monitor: You can monitor her heart rate at home and ask her doctor for a Holter study which monitors her heart rate and rhythm for up to 2 weeks or less. If you notice an elevated heart rate have her assessed in the ER.
