May be serious : Rbbb is short for right bundle branch block, which is an abnormality in the heart's electrical system. There is a block in the pathway to the right side of the heart. RBBB: A right bundle branch block is a delay in electrical activaton of the right side of the left ventricle. This delay leads to a characteristic ECG pattern that is quite commonly seen. Unlike a left bundle branch block, the rbbb is rarely associated with CAD and can even be seen normally in very young patients.
