There is no specific therapy, however, it may indicate an underlying problem which needs to be addressed. A consultation with a cardiologist is recommended.

RBBB: A right bundle branch block is a delay in electrical activaton of the right side of the left ventricle. This delay leads to a characteristic ECG pattern that is quite commonly seen. Unlike a left bundle branch block, the rbbb is rarely associated with CAD and can even be seen normally in very young patients. Check with your doctor about the finding in association with any other findings found.

See cardiologist : Right bundle branch block (rbbb) is usually not a normal finding in a child although not always life threatening. If there is a history of ventricular septal defect repair, rbbb could be a benign finding. There are many other diagnoses which are associated rbbb. Further evaluation by a pediatric cardiologist is recommended.
