Dizzy spells , off balance, goes when lay down .. tmd, occasional ear ache, is there something seriously wrong with me and will be suffering for life?

Vestibular neuritis: or labyrinthitis is a condition involving the inner ear which can become inflamed or infected. It is often characterized by dizziness and balance problems, and sometimes with abnormal eye movements (nystagmus) and hearing loss. It is treatable with medications and surgery.
