Several things.: Dizziness, ringing ears, vertigo, and balance issues seem to be related and you should seek an ENT for eval. Neck pain w/ HA, and low back pain, most often, is triggered by underlying arthritic changes of the spinal joints and can have secondary muscular features including spasm and headaches. Talk to your doc about treatment options or seek pain management.
