Reassessment : By a second dr might be useful. Possibilities include migraine, anaemia, thyroid problem or possibly heart rhythm disorder. Or even something simple such as a viral illness. An examination and/or tests may help here. Perhaps see another GP or urgent care doctor for a second opinion

That's: a long time for a new headache. It could be something simple like corrective lenses, or something more serious like an infection. You need to have it looked at. A facility such as an urgent care that can do some blood work and a urinalysis is a good place to start. An ER would also be appropriate if your symptoms are worsening. Get to a doctor for some answers.
