Nerve pain: Is this nerve pain (pins & needles, feeling like your arm / leg fell asleep, burning sensation) or muscular pain? The real question if it is nerve pain, is why you are having nerve pain. This would require close follow up with your doctor. Sciatica sometimes can originate in the buttock and run down the leg with discomfort. This can be inflammation driven, motrin 600mg every 6 hrs can help w/food.
