Lung issue: This sounds like worsening of your asthma. You may have exercise induced asthma that is now also including a chronic astma condition. Asthma and allergies can be related and your tickle may be a sign of allergy exacerbation. You can see an allergist or pulmonary physician or many primary care physicians can begin to treat this
