Need details: It would be nice to see a picture of the rash to answer your question. Also, is the child 4 years old, or are the complaints of rashes 4 years old. If the child is 4 years old, and the rash is just a few days, in the hands, the feet and the mouth, then it would be cause by a virus, the condition is called hand-foot-mouth disease. It goes away by itself. Rewrite your question if that's not it.
