Bloody stool.: Painless bright red blood in stool most probably from hemorrhoids. Even if you have soft stool, if you have frequent stools it might irritate the hemorrhoids. Have a physical exam and blood counts checked to rule out other causes.

Hemorrhoids: I don't know what aaa carisoprodol is but i do know the Soma part(caprisoprodol) which is not associated with bleed. Could be hemorrhoids but discus with your doctor.
