Yes: Cancer seldom hurts. Cysts are more likely. They are often made worse by caffeine. 90% of women have fibrocystic beast changes by age 40. The good news is that they don't increase the risk of cancer and get better after menopause.

Whether or not: it is likely to be a cyst depends in part on the mammographic appearance. Even if it is not a cyst, it doesn't mean you have cancer. Most mammo abnormalities turn out to be benign.
