Seriously?: Watery mouth at night is NOT in any way a sign or symptom of early pregnancy.

Reflux: I would still keep reflux on the list. Although this could be pregnancy issue it would be unusual for this to be only at night. Your symptoms of watery mouth and nausea are both parasympathetic symptoms. Something is dialating your stomach at night or coming up the esophagus. Many people do not experience burning with reflux. Talk to your doctor.
