Is burping and vomiting a little in your mouth through out the day a sign of early pregnancy?

Possible: It may be caused by other issues like an acid reflex problem. It can cause permanent damage to your teeth. It may injure your esophagus (throat) leading to scarring or cancer. Go see a physician to get it diagnosed and treated.

It could be: It could also be due to a number of different GI problems. The high acidity of the vomitus can severely damage teeth as well as irritate throat/esophagus to the point that it can result in cancer. If this continues please see your GP or a specialist Gastroenterologist immediately. In the meantime try a drug store pregnancy test. If positive, see an OBGyn.
