Anemic, ulcerative colitis, & acid reflux- i burped up acid, copper w/a soapy taste & held down the vomit. some came up & out my nose? what do i do?

Endosscopy?: Anemia in a 27 year old female can be from a gyn source, but the ulcerative colitis, or inflammation i the esophagus from gerd could also contribute. Upper and lower endoscopy can help determine the extent of damage from gerd and the activity level of colitis. You should decide with your primary care provider and/or GI doc whether or not to have upper-lower endoscopy.
