I have acid reflux rightinto my mouth and nose. i used nozer for a few months but the sores in my mouth and sore throught did not clear. january my doctor gave me altosec which cleared the sores in my mouth. why are these tablets so different?

Reflux: Have the reflux, sores in your mouth( probably canker sores)and throat discomfort cleared? If not an evaluation by a gastroenterologist is in order. Testing for presence of h pylori and gastritis by endoscopy may be advised. Hiatus hernia is another possibility. Nozer and altosec are both omeprazole products but can be made by different companies accounting for different appearance.
