Relax: Don't do anything. I don't think you have anything to worry about. If you get concerned about any symptoms you get,talk to your doctor.

Nothing: A bat flying near you or even touching you isn't going to hurt you (even though it gives me the heebie-jeebies). Bats can carry rabies (although it's fairly rare) so if you were to get bit by one that would require immediate medical attention.
