A member asked:

Whenever i walk back indoors after being outside in the cold, my left arm feels cold while my right arm feels normal even when i'm wearing a jacket. this has happened a few times, and goes away after a couple of minutes. what could this be?

Your body is talking to you! Listen & take good notes. When does it start/stop? Where does it go? What makes it better/worse? How long does it last? Medication helps/worsens?
If you think it is something you eat/drink/do stop it & see. If better, go back again & retest until u r convinced it is something u should stop. Then stop it. Discuss with your Drs. You all will figure it out.

If your skin of the left arm feels cooler than the right, then some reflex vasoconstriction in the arteries of the left arm temporarily occurs from the cold. If there's no difference in the skin temperature of right&left arms,I would chalk this up to some harmless transient superficial nerve irritability in the left arm after cold exposure.
