Walking at a festival when an unknown leashed dog got very close to my daughter, although not positive if touched or licked. could this be a rabies exposure? had full rabies vaccine last september 2022 because of a bat exposure?

Dogs in the US. are vaccinated for rabies, It's the foreign dogs than are at high risk for rabies. The virus is transmitted by a bite or saliva into an open wound. Since no bite or open wound present and previous vaccination, than no worries.
