There is no risk of rabies or any other infection in this situation. Irrational fear of a particular thing or situation is called a phobia. Phobias are very common and thus "normal"; many people have various phobias and function normally. For others the fear is continuous, interfering with life and happiness. If this describes you, it is not normal and you should consider professional counseling.

You definitely need help for your anxiety as it seems it is now interfering with activities of daily living. Is anybody else noticing the bats?

From what you described you are not at risk for getting rabies. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health! Safe sex: https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/wellness-and-prevention/safer-sex-guidelines
