Rest: Rest is likely all you need. You probably strained or overloaded your muscles and during the sustained contraction of your arm, forearm and other co-contracting and stabilizing muscles during 15' walk, your muscles fatigued. They will feel differently until they recover. Sometimes micro tears occur which will leave your muscles sore till they fully recover. Advil (ibuprofen) may help, massage will help.
