Limited options: If the sores are draining, you could try soaking in epsom salt baths with warm water. However, if the sores are indicative of an abscess, you may need to go to an Urgent Care for further evaluation and treatment.

Home remedies: at home for infection you can soak your feet in warm not hot water, topical antibiotic cream, exposure to air, elevate if swollen. See someone if increasing pain and redness, swelling, red streaks, or diabetes or other complicating illness that supresses your immune system do not risk severe infection even amputation for fear of a bill. please be careful of signs of advances infection

Without knowing: Your medical history it is difficult to assess your "risk". If for example your diabetic you should be in the emergency room quicker than you finish reading my answer. Pus is a sign of infection. Which probably means you should be on an oral antibiotic at minimum. Forget the home remedy, get that out of your head. Go to the emergency room. They usually will work something out for you.
