Hello doctors, i just got out of surgery. prescribed clindamycin, and acetaminophen. how far apart should lexapro (escitalopram) be taken with these meds? thx

Med spacing: Take lexapro (escitalopram) separatedby 2 hours from clindamycin. Clinda is 3 or 4 times daily. Space these pills by 4-5 hours.
