MPV: MPV is a calculated number pf platelet volume. Platelets are one of blood cells necessary for blood clotting function. This is not the only number we look at when analyzing the platelet function. !0.8 may be little out of the range, but I do n ot think it is any thing need to be worried about as long as other numbers are okay and there is no clinical signs or symptoms
