Nonspecific finding: Could be certain kinds of anemia i.e. Megaloblastic such as seen with B12 or folate (folic acid) deficiency. Can also be noted with alcholol use, liver disease as few. Sometimes MCV reads hi with clumping which my bring other causes.

Platelet size: It is variable and unless you already a hematology patient, it offers basically no useful information. I am glad you are curious about labs and have a proactive approach to your health
