See primary doctor: Arm, thumb and jaw pain can be related to cervical spine problems or inflammatory causes in the neck. They can be entirely unrelated to a schizo-affective disorder. You should have these symptoms evaluated by your primary physician (rather than by your psychiatrist) to get at the cause of the problem
