Medical or Surgical: This is known as Hiatal Hernia, in which a part of stomach will slid up in chest thu esophageal opening in diaphragm. Mild cases are treated with PPI like nexium (esomeprazole) etc. and respond well, along with diet change. Large hernias need surgery as they are more symtomatic
