Wheezy: A 4 month old with a fever that high and wheezing needs an urgent trip to the pediatrician to be evaluated, if difficulty breathing to the ER. Sounds like possible bronchiolitis (RSV) but could be other things as well.

Go To Doctor NOW: 4 mos old "very wheezy". Your baby has a fever and is showing major signs of a serious respiratory infection. Wheezing indicates narrowing of the air passages and can quickly lead to respiratory distress & failure. Your baby is in danger and requires immediate treatment. Go to your doctor or an emergency room NOW.
