The injury is not. .: ...limited to the bone. There is also injury 2 the articular surface as well as soft tissue. The bone may look perfect on images, but it never is normal again. Pain can B from ligaments, if there is any difference in length of either bone, it effects the normal concert of movement. C Ur surgeon again 2 B sure all is well. Images will also show bone shortening or early arthritic chsnges. Good luck
