I believe i have a hairline fracture in my wrist hand area, its approximately three years old. never treated due to non-insurance and no extra cash. now where it hurts, im starting to get a rash, could an old fracture be causing this?

doubt it: Such issues are deep to the skin & have no direct influence. If the discomfort causes you to touch or rub the area it can certainly increase the chance your fingers will bring to it some agent that may cause a break out. Otherwise I cannot link the two issues.
