Hi. my 9 yr old daughter broke her right hand bone (humerus) 5 days ago. it's a displaced closed fracture. now she's having a fever. what should i do?

Depends: The stress of the pain & healing process might be responsible for a low grade (<100.5) fever at her age but otherwise i can't relate it to the break.If she has a higher temperature or other symptoms, i would handle it as you would if the break had not occurred & call you pcp for some guidance.
