Sorry to say but it : Can't really be evaluated by your profile picture. Initial injury, definitive details regarding relative length, angles, step offs, joint shape, congruent, subluxation. Additional views even a ct scan of the injured reduced and x-rays comparing the normal wrist is used to assess need for surgery as well as your own goals, age and preferences. It is a discussion that needs to take all this in.
