Unlikely: It's unlikely that your birth control pills are causing the numbness in your legs & arms. Your symptoms might be caused by something minor such as anxiety with hyperventilation. On the other hand, they could indicate a more serious medical condition. You need to seek medical care as soon as possible. If you're sexually active, continue your OCP's for now.

Yes: sometimes hormone changes can induce abnormal sensations in limbs spasm in blood vessels can do this as well a clot can induce such sensations mostly it is a benign symptom, but you should stop the pill, take a baby aspirin each day, and wait to see if it resolves. if not, see your doctor
