Nerve pain: This is clearly neuropathic pain meaning some injury or irritation of the nerves. There are many possibilities from endocrine disorders to infections, to toxicities and vitamin deficiencies. You should see your primary care physician and if you do not have one, should see a neurologist.

Feeling burning sensation (pins/needles) on left side of face,arm,leg and hip.
Arms & legs have pins and needles/burning/numbness. Nothing has irritated them. Have pain in head on either side, like being poked by a hot needle.
